✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦Guided by the stars, created with care.Last Updated: August 29, 2026Throughout these Terms of Service, I will be referred to as the Seller, and the person purchasing a commission will be referred to as the Customer.By commissioning the Seller, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.☾ PAYMENTS1. The Customer agrees to pay the full agreed-upon amount upfront before work begins, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by both parties.2. Work on the commission will not begin until payment has been received in full.✦ PRODUCT DELIVERY3. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the completed avatar will be uploaded directly to the Customer's account by the Seller.4. If account access is required for uploading the Product, the Customer is strongly recommended to change their password before providing access and again after the upload has been completed.☾ REVISIONS5. The Customer is entitled to two (2) complete revisions during the Blender phase of the commission.6. After the Product has been completed, the Customer may request a reasonable number of minor adjustments, such as changing an eye color or correcting a small detail.7. Major changes requested after completion, including but not limited to changes to outfits, overall design, or other significant alterations, may require additional payment. Any additional costs will be discussed with the Customer before the changes are made.✦ CURRENCY & CONVERSION FEES8. All prices and invoices are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.9. The Customer is solely responsible for any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider fees, or any other charges associated with transferring payment to the Seller.10. Payment will only be considered complete once the full invoiced amount in Canadian Dollars (CAD) has been received by the Seller.☾ COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS & DESIGN COMPLEXITY11. The Customer must provide sufficient information and references for the character or design being commissioned. This may include, but is not limited to, character references, color palettes, outfit references, written descriptions, or other visual references relevant to the commission.12. If the Customer provides little to no information about the character or requested design, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the commission. The Seller may request additional references or information before agreeing to begin the commission.13. The Seller reserves the right to refuse designs that are considered excessively complex, overcrowded, or impractical to create within the agreed-upon scope of the commission.14. Designs should have a clear and cohesive visual concept. Characters containing an excessive combination of unrelated features, accessories, visual effects, powers, transformations, weapons, or other elements may be refused or may require the design to be simplified before the commission can be accepted.15. The Seller is not obligated to recreate a design exactly as provided if doing so would result in an impractical, excessively complicated, or visually incohesive model. In such cases, the Seller may suggest reasonable adjustments or request that the Customer simplify the design before work begins.16. Any significant increase in the complexity or scope of a design after the commission has been accepted may result in additional charges or, at the Seller's discretion, cancellation of the commission.✦ REFUND POLICY17. The Customer may request a full refund if no meaningful progress has been made on the commission for two consecutive months, or if the Product has not been completed within four months.18. Commissions requiring a longer completion period or significantly more work may have separate refund conditions. Any such conditions must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.19. The above refund conditions do not apply to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, accidents, emergencies, or other credible and documented reasons that may temporarily prevent the Seller from continuing work.20. The Customer agrees to communicate with the Seller in a timely and responsive manner when feedback, clarification, approval, references, or other information is requested.21. The Customer is responsible for providing any necessary information, references, images, descriptions, or other materials required for the Seller to understand and complete the commission.22. If the Customer repeatedly fails to respond to the Seller within a reasonable period of time, does not provide requested information, or otherwise prevents the commission from progressing, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the commission.23. If a commission is canceled due to prolonged lack of communication or failure to provide necessary information from the Customer, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. The Seller is not required to refund work that has already been completed.24. Extended delays in communication may affect the overall completion timeline. If the Customer fails to respond within a reasonable period after being contacted regarding necessary feedback or approval, the current state of the commission may be treated as approved until further communication is received.☾ PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE25. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the completed Product is intended for the Customer's personal use only.26. Commercial use, resale, reproduction, redistribution, or publishing of the Product for purposes beyond personal use must receive prior approval from the Seller.27. Any approved commercial use will require a separate agreement between the Seller and Customer outlining the specific terms and conditions of use.28. The Customer may not use the Product for adult, sexually explicit, fetish-oriented, or sexually suggestive content or activities, including but not limited to NSFW content, fetish content, sexualized “simp” streams, or similar forms of entertainment or promotion.29. The restriction above applies to the use, presentation, promotion, or depiction of the commissioned Product in connection with such content, whether directly or indirectly.30. The Customer may not use the Product in connection with blockchain-related technologies, including but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or similar present or future technologies.31. The Customer may not use the Product for AI training, AI datasets, machine learning datasets, generative AI tools, or any similar present or future AI-related technology.✦ CANCELLATIONS & CONDUCT32. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission at their discretion. If the Seller cancels the commission, the Customer will receive an appropriate refund based on the circumstances and the amount of work completed.33. Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward the Seller will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate cancellation of the commission.34. In the event of cancellation due to the Customer's behavior, the amount refunded will be determined based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. The Seller is not required to refund work that has already been completed.35. The Seller reserves the right to refuse future service to any Customer whose commission was previously canceled due to inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.☾ FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTBy purchasing a commission from the Seller, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms of Service listed above.Thank you for supporting my work and allowing me to bring your ideas to life, one star at a time. ✦
